Papers include Happy School Days box with Happy School Days: a Memory Book, Belleville High School graduation scrapbook, 1923, in it. The book was published by Reilly & Lee Co., Chicago, 1918, copyright Reilly and Britton Co., and designed and decorated by Helen A. Haselton. The book has a green cover, gold trim, and ornate script on its pages. The book includes loose calling cards and photographs cut from another source, and the poems, notes, and signatures of school mates, teachers, and friends. Most of the book is empty. Towards the end of the book there is a 35th reunion menu and program of events, 1958. Also included are two invitations to the Belleville High School commencement program of June 21, 1923, with yellow and purple floss decorations, both in double envelopes; a calling card of Gladys Norine Cady; a July 8, 1926 newspaper clipping (copy) of Gladys' wedding to Thomas Simpson; a form letter to Melba, August 11, 1926, asking her to enroll in Emmanuel Missionary College, later Andrews University, Berrien Springs (Mich.), signed by the president, P. J. Workman, and included two blank enrollment forms.
